New plant with a heat insulating structure　

Heat insulating roof: A heat insulating material has been inserted between the two layers of the roof so as not to transfer heat from the sunlight in summer into the plant.
Heat insulating floor: Since heat insulating material is used also for the flooring, the plant is kept warm enough even in the coldness of winter.
Double layered wall can insulate heat and dampen noise.
Double glass is used for the office windows to shut off outside air.

New painting facility

Powdered paint - adheres well - Reduced industrial waste
Powered paint collector - Collected paint is reused as paint.
Resource-saving water treatment facility - Water consumption drastically decreased from the previous facility
Energy-saving drying and baking furnace with a heat insulating structure - Reduced fuel consumption - Reduced CO2 emission
VOC emission is minimal as no organic solvent is used.
Deodorizer - No emission of offensive odor
The whole painting facility has been installed above the floor as much as possible to prevent soil contamination.
