- Hexenhause - 

  This is a Hexenhause. A patissier of  "Hiro Kranz" made it.

 Hexenhaus was made from honney and flour. The paste is called Lebkchen in Germany. He makes Lebkuchen because it is much wet in Japan. It is a very hard cookie because it was not used butter and eggs.

The paste had have been aged for a month.

 - Santa Claus Cookie -

  This is a special Santa Claus cookie.

We ask the patissier of "Hiro kranz" to make this for only our guests.

This cookie is made wtih refering to Hexenhause. It is also very hard.
