Order acceptance
Order is accepted upon the receipt of an order sheet describing the official unit price and quantity. -
Delivery date
Delivery date is determined upon discussion. -
Payment terms
Bills are closed at the end of each month and payment is made in cash on the 25th of the next month. -

Products are transferred within our factory -
Freight and commissions
Freight and commissions shall be borne by the customer.
